Notary Public for the State personally ap-
peared E.D. Lee and Florence Lee his wife,
to me well known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instru-
ment, and severally acknowledged the exe-
cution there of to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned;
and the said Florence Lee the wife of the
said E.D. Lee on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to the said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower or right of dower in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released;
and that such relinquishment or renunciation
