White of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Thirty
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt where of is hereby
acknowledge, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do re-
mise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
