and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law of equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever.

I hereby Certify, that on this 11th day January,
1912. before me, a Notary Public personally ap-
peared T.W. Shands and Annie C. Shands,
his wife, to me known to be the persons de-
scribed in, and who executed the foregoing
instrument, and severally acknowledged the
execution there of to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned;
And the said Annie C. Shands, the wife
of the said T.W. Shands, an examination
taken and made separately and part from
her said husband, did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands,
tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that
she executed said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband.
