This Indenture, made this 5th day of Oct AD 1912, Between
Newberry Stable Company a Corporation of the County of
Alachua and State of Fla. parties of the first part, and
S.A. Hussey Jr. of the County of Alachua and State of Fla.
party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Two Hundred & no/100 Dollars, to them in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have grant-
ed, bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do they grant, bargain, sell and transfer
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Fla. more particularly described as follows:
Lot (8) Eight Blk (22) Twenty Two original survey of
Newberry Fla. with an addition on North of said Lot
making lot following description Starting at S.W. Cor
Lot 8 Blk 22. running North 117 ft Then West 145 ft then
South 117 ft Then east 145 ft to point of beginning. Also
an addition to said lot on West side description
as follows. Starting at N.W. cor of Lot 1 Blk 1 Carters
Addition to Newberry Fla. Running North 82 ft 3" Then
east 99 ft 5" Then South 88 ft Thence in a North
West Course to point of beginning said lot being
a fractional part of Lots 1-2-3-Blk 9- Hodges Addit-
ion to Newberry Fla as shown by Town Map.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, inter-
est and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion,
remainder and easement thereto belonging or in
any wise appertaining: To Have and To Hold The
same in fee simple forever.
And The said parties of the first part do hereby coven-
ant with the said party of the second part that
