lot 2 of block 6, Original Survey of Newberry.
(The said Mrs. Cabel Holt Watson being an heir
at law of Joel Holt, deceased, and this instru-
ment being made to confirm a deed heretofore
made for part of said lands to Sarah E. Lanier,
and another deed for the other part of said
lands to Temptie Bethea, both deeds being made
by Fannie D. Sapp as guardian of said Cabel
Holt Watson before her marriage, and said
grantees having since sold said lands to the
party of the second part, who is now the true
owner there of, and the first parties desiring to
confirm and validate said conveyances in every
respect) To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns forever.
