or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: Lots one (1) and two
(2) in Block thirty (30) according to plat of
Alachua Improvement Co's subdivision of Sec. 4 in
Tp. 10 R. 20 New Gainesville To have and to hold
the above described premises, together with all and
singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining, unto him the said party of
the second part, heirs and assigns forever. And
the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all per-
sons whomsoever except as against claims arising
out of unpaid taxes and all taxes to be paid by
grantee.

who executed the above and foregoing deed
of conveyance and each severally acknowledg-
ed the execution of said deed for the uses
and purposes therein set forth and contained.
And the said Mrs. Willie A. Stringfellow
the wife of the said T.B. Stringfellow upon
an examination taken and made by me sep-
arately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge before me that she made
herself a party to said deed and executed
the same freely and voluntarily and without
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.
