This Indenture, Made This 23 day of January AD 1912
between M. Venable and Helen M. Venable of The
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
first part and Maria Austin of The County of Ala-
chua and State of Florida party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of The sum of One Dollars
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
The receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged have remis-
ed, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do we remise, release and quit claim unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and de-
mand which the said parties of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece or par-
cel of land, to wit: The East Half of the south west
quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Eight
(8) township Eleven (11) range Eighteen (18) receiving
all raw Mill rights and privilege.
To have and To Hold The same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances Hereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim Whatsoever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, her heirs
and assigns, forever.
