they executed the same freely and voluntarily
for the purposes therein expressed. and I further
certify that the said Estelle B. Coward known
to me to be the wife of the said Simon Coward
on a separate and private examination taken
and made by and before me, separately and
apart from her said husband, did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to said deed for
the purpose of renouncing, relinquishing and con-
veying all her right, title and interest, whether
of dower, homestead or of separate property, stat-
utory or equitable, in and to the lands described
therein, and that she executed the said deed
freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband.
Witness my hand and official seal at Melrose,
County of Alachua and State of Florida, this
15 day of October AD 1912.

Know all men by these presents That I Henry
Clark of the Town of Lucknou South Carolina
which said Henry Clark is the son and on
of the five (5) heirs at law of H.C. Clark de-
ceased and for in the State aforesaid in consid-
eration of the sum of Twenty ($ 20.00) Dollars, to
them in hand paid at and before the seal-
ing and delivery of these presents by John
Cowart of the Town of Newberry County of
Alachua and State of Florida in the State afore-
said the receipt Where of is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, sold and released,
