and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell
and release unto the said John Cowart all
our certain undivided one fifth interest in and
to certain lots, pieces, tracts, or parcels of land
which said lots are situated, lying and being
in the Town of Newberry County of Alachua
and State of Florida and are particularly
known and described as follows, to wit: Lot
seven (7) in Block Twelve (12) and lot ten (10) in
Block Twenty-six (26) and lot (10) in Block three
(3) of the Town of Newberry and are a part of
the South East quarter of the North East quarter
of Section four (4), Township Ten (10) South of Range
Seventeen (17) East. To have and to hold the same
unto him, the said John Cowart and to his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute and I the said Henry Clark
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said John Cowart and to his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns against the lawful
claim and demands of any and all persons
Whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter to
claim the same.
All erasers were made
before signing
   (Seal) Together with all and singular the rights,
members, hereditaments and appurtenances to
the said premises belonging, or in anywise
incident or appertaining: To have and to hold
all and singular, the said premises before
mentioned unto the said John Cowart his
heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby
bind myself and my heirs, Executors and
Administrators, to warrant and forever defend
all and singular the said Premises unto
the said John Cowart his heirs and assigns,
against me and my heirs and all persons
lawfully claiming, or to claim the same,
or any part thereof.
