conveyed by Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna, her hus-

son, his wife, to Aggie M. Miller, by deed bearing date
the 22nd, day of December, A.D. 1876. "Except Nine (9)
acres told to Wing, and Twelve (12) acres sold to
Liggins.") Also another tract of land, described as
follows, situated in section Twenty-two (22) Township-
Ten (10) south of Range Nineteen (19) east and describ-
ed as Block Number two (2) of the survey of the Town
of Orange City, (now called Hammock) bounded on the
South by the S.A.L.R.R. ("formerly known by the name
of the F.C. & P.R.R.") on the West by Block One (1) on the
North by Block Five (5) on the East by Block Three (3)
containg Four (4) acres, more or less. Also another
tract of land; described as follows; commencing at
the South West corner of Chas P. Perrys lot in Orange
City, running thence south fourteen (14) chains to the
A.G. & W.L.T. R.R. ("now the S.A.L.R.R.") thence East
and North along the line of said Railroad Ten (10)
and 70/100 chains; thence Northwesterly Ten (10) chains
and Seventy five (75) links to a stake; thence south
Sixty (60) degrees West Four and a half (4.1/2) chains
to the point of beginning; containing ten and 60/00
acres of land more or less. Also another tract of land;
described as follows; commencing at the North East
corner of section fifteen (15) Township Ten (10) South
of Range nineteen (19) east; and running thence west
nineteen (19) chains and seventy five (75) links to a
stake; thence south fifty six (56) chains and twenty
