This Indenture, made this 26th day of September
AD 1912, between Nellie M. Fennell (formerly Nellie
M. Jackson, widow and sole heir at law of W.C.
Jackson deceased) and J.M. Fennell her husband
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
partys of the first part, and Evans Haile of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part. Witnesseth, That the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars, on hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and his heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said parties of the first part have in
and to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to wit: and we here sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part, in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, to wit: E1/2 of NE1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec-
tion 30 of Township 10 S of Range 19 E, in
Alachua County Florida To have and to hold
the same, together with all and singular the
land hereinabove described and the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hand and
seal the day and year first above written.
