I hereby Certify, that on this 26 day September, 1912,
before me H.G. Mason County Judge personally ap-
peared J.M. Fennell and Mrs. Nellie M. Fennell,
his wife, to me known to be the persons described
in, and who executed the foregoing instrument,
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned; and the said Mrs.
Nellie M. Fennell, the wife of the said J.M. Fennell,
on and examination taken and made separately
and part from her said husband, did acknowl-
edge that she made herself a party to said deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower, or right of dower separate statutory
property & estate in and to the lands, tenements
and hereditaments therein described and thereby grant-
ed and released, and that she executed said deed
freely and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
