five (25) links to a stake at the North East corner
of the Waples lot, thence west ten (10) chains to point
of beginning, thence south twenty (20) chains to a
stake, thence west nineteen (19) chains to a stake
thence north Easterly Twenty (20) chains and Eighty
two (82) links to a stake; thence East Twenty One
(21) chains to a stake the point of beginning con-
taining Forty (40) acres of land, more or less "Except-
ing from the last above described Ten (10) acres sold
to Miller and Ten (10) acres sold to Stewart. All of
the above and foregoing described lands containing
by estimation in the aggregate ninety (90) acres,

Mrs. Grace Conway that I am lawfully seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed,
and that I, have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same; that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
I, will and my heirs, executors, administrators and ass-
igns, against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same.
