I Hereby Certify, That on this 18th day of Sept-
ember AD 1912, before me personally appeared
John G. White & Mary G. White his wife and
W.G. Chapman & Mabel L. Chapman his wife
to me known to be the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing conveyance
to Henry Woods and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be a free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned;
and the said Mary G. White and Mabel L.
Chapman the wives of the said John G. White
& W.G. Chapman on a separate and private ex-
amination taken and made by and before me,
and separately and apart from their said husband,
did acknowledge that they made themselves a party
to the said Deed of Conveyance, for the purpose
of renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all
their right, title and interest, whether of dower or of
separate property, statutory or equitable, in and to
the lands therein described, and that they executed
said deed freely and voluntarily and without
any constraint, fear, apprehension or compul-
sion of or from their said husbands.
