This Indenture, made this 17th day of
October AD 1912, between Porter H. Smith
and Pearl Smith his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and C.D. May of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part. Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of one dollar and other
valuable consideration in hand paid by the
said part of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said part of
the first part have in and to the follow-
ing described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to wit: East half of Lot (2) two Block (33) thirty
three and East 27/50 of lot (7) seven Block thirty
(32) two in the town of Newberry To have
and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only |
