and such religious services as may be au-
theorized or directed by said Union Church
of Grove Park, or its governing authority, and
for no other purposes, the following described
land, situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, to-wit: Lot Thirteen (13)
Block Thirteen (13), Town of Grove Park, Alachua
County, Florida. To have and to hold the a-
bove described and hereby granted premises,
land, tenements, houses and all appurtenances
thereto belonging unto the said party of the
second part as Trustees, as aforesaid, and
their successors in office and trust, for the
uses and purposes aforesaid forever. Provided
that in case said Union Church of Grove Park
should disband, then in that event said prop-
erty shall be transferred gratuitously to some
other properly organized church of Grove Park,
or if there be no such church there, then
said property shall be sold to best advantage
and the receipts donated to some worthy reli-
gious, charitable or educational institution and
the said party of the first part does hereby
fully warrant the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever, claim-
ing by, through or under it, the said
corporation.
In Witness Whereof, the party of the first
part has caused its corporate name to be
signed hereto by its President and its cor-
porate seal affixed by its Secretary, this 14th
day of August, AD 1912.
