Kinne, who as President and Secretary, res-
pectively, of the Snyder Memorial Methodist
Episcopal Church, a Corporation, executed the
foregoing deed and acknowledged before me
that they executed the same for the purposes
therein expressed and as the act and deed
of said Corporation, and that the seal thereto
affixed is the official seal of said Corporation,
and that the said deed was executed and
the official seal affixed in pursuance of a res-
olution adopted at the Third Quarterly confer-
ence of the Snyder Memorial Methodist Episco-
pal held August 13, AD 1912.
