H.A. Williams has this day bargained and
sold to the said W.J. Williams the follow-
ing described property, lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida:
Florida All of Block F. Except a Fractional
part of Lot (9) which is owned by W.A. Mc
Lenna - Lying and being East Waldo Ala-
chua County & State of Florida and in consid-
eration thereof, the said W.J. Williams has
executed 5 certain promissory note of even date
herewith, payable January 1st 1913 for $ 100.00
                  June     "  1913  "  $ 200.00
                  January  "  1914  "  $ 200.00
                  June     "  1914  "  $ 200.00
                  January  "  1915  "  $ 100.00
Now, if the said - shall well and truly pay
the said promissory note, with interest as
state therein, and shall pay all taxes and
insurance upon the within-described property,
into the possession of which from the date
hereof, it is hereby agreed he shall enter and
continue, then the said H.A. Williams shall
execute a deed in fee simple to the said
W.J. Williams for the aforesaid property,
when this obligation is to be void, else to
remain in full force and virtue.

Before me, T.B. Tillis a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County, personally came H.A.
Williams and acknowledged that he executed
the foregoing instrument for the purposes there-
