This Indenture, Made the 19th day of October
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hun-
dred and Twelve, between Jerry Giles and
his wife Annie Giles of the County of Levy
and State of Florida, parties of the first part,
and J.A. Hawkins of the County of Levy
and State of Florida, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of one hun-
dred Twenty & no/100 Dollars, lawful money of
the United States of America, to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these pres-
ents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns, forever,
all the following piece, parcel, lot or tract
of land, situate, lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida,
and described as follows: to wit - The North
East quarter of South East quarter of Section
Two (2) in Township Eleven (11) Range seven-
teen (17) East containing 40 acres more or less.
together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or appertaining; and every right, title
or interest, legal or equitable, of the said part-
ies of the first part of, in and to the same.
