executed the foregoing instrument, and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed, for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned. And the said Annie Giles,
the wife of the said Jerry Giles, on an exami-
nation taken and made separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledged that
she made herself a party to the said Deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquish-
ing her dower, or right of dower, in and to
the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein
described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed said Deed freely, and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

the date aforesaid.

R.S. Tucker and Mrs. M.A. Tucker his
wife of the County of Levy and State of
Fla, parties of the first part, and Mrs. Mamie
E. Perryman of the County of Alachua and
State of Fla, party of the second part, Wit-
nesseth: That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
