This Indenture, made this 24th day of February
AD 1912 Between A.J. Da Costa as Trustee of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first part, and Ned Brown of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
Dollars, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold and trans-
ferred, and by these presents do bargain sell and
transfer unto the said party of the second part
and his heir and assigns forever, all that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and more particular-
ly described as follows: the S.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4
Section 8 Township 8 S R 20 East. Containing 40 acres of
land more or less Together with all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances, with every privilege,
right, title; interest and estate, dower and right of
dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining: To have and
to hold the same in fee simple forever. And the
said party of the first part do covenant with the
said party of the second part, that he is lawfully
seized of said premises; that they are free of all
incumbrance, and that he has good right
and lawful authority to sell the same; and
that he will warrant and defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons.

first part has hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and year above written.
