This Indenture made on this the 21st day of
October, AD 1912, Between Annie E. Jenkins
as Administratrix of the estate of L.M. Alexander,
deceased, with the will annexed, of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the
first part. And T.K. Godbey of the County and
State aforesaid, Witnesseth.. that for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred
dollars to her in hand paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and under and
by virtue and authority and power given in
and by the said will, has granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
said T.K. Godbey party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever all of the fol-
lowing lot, tract, piece and parcel of land
To-wit: The North-east quarter of the North East
quarter of Section fifteen in Township eight,
south of Range twenty-one, east; saving and
excepting therefrom such lots or tracts of land
