and of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollars to us in
hand paid, we, the said James T. Mc Millan
and Mary A. Mc Millan, his wife, have grant-
ed, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto her, the said
Margaret P. Howard and her heirs and assigns
forever, all that certain lot, tract, piece or par-
cel of land, situated, lying and being in
the Town (Now City) of Gainesville, in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, and particularly
known, distinguished and described as follows,
to-wit: Lots Eleve (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), and
Fourteen (14), in Block Two (2), Range Two (2),
of the Eastern Addition to the said Town (Now
City) of Gainesville, as per Joseph Voyle's survey
made in 1876, the same situated in Section
Four (4), Township Ten (10), South of Range Twenty
(20) East, of the Survey of the Arredondo Grant.
This Deed being in confirmation of, and in
perfection and correction of the Deed made by
the said grantors to the said Mrs. Margaret
P. Howard, dated 5th of March, AD 1879, and
recorded in Deed Book "K" of the Records of Ala-
chua County, Florida, at page 788 on the
6th day of March, AD 1879. To have and
to hold the above granted and described
property and every part and parcel thereof,
unto her, the said Mrs. Margaret P. Howard,
and to her heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns forever, in fee simple absolute
In Testimony Whereof, the said James T.
Mc Millan and Mary A. Mc Millan, his
wife, and each of them, have hereunto set
their hands and affixed their seals on this
22 day of October, AD 1912.
