Personally came before me James T. Mc Millan
and Mary A. Mc Millan, his wife, each of
whom being to me well known, and known
to be the identical persons described in, and
who executed the above and foregoing Deed;
and severally acknowledged the due execution
and delivery of the same at the time and place
in the manner, and for the uses and purposes
as therein set forth and contained, and the said
Mary A. Mc Millan, wife of the said James T.
Mc Millan, being by me first duly questioned
and examined separately and apart from her
said husband, acknowledged that she signed,
sealed and delivered the said deed for the purpose
of releasing, relinquishing, renouncing and con-
veying all of her dower, right of dower, and title
of every kind in and to the property therein and
thereby described, and that the same was done and
made by her freely, voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear, of or
from her said husband.
