well known to me to be the President of The
Florida Southern Railroad Company, and ack-
nowledged that he, as such President, executed
the foregoing deed to the Mc Nair & Wade
Land Company as such President and as the
act and deed of the said company for the uses
and purposes therein expressed.

and Gress Manufacturing Company, a corpora-
tion, of the County of-and State of Florida
party of the first part, Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt where of is
hereby acknowledged have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part and its successors
