the first part have in and to the following

south of Range 15 East. Lots 6 & 8, Section 32,
Township 6, South of Range 15 East. Lots 1 & 3,
Section 33, Township 6, South of Range 15 East.
N.W. 1/4 of Section 34, Township 6, South of
Range 15 East. All in Alachua County, State
of Florida: To have and to hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever of the said parties
of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, its successors
heirs and assigns, forever.
