which the said party of the first part has in

East. Lots 6 and 8, Section 32, Township 6, South
of Range 15 East. Lots 1 and 3, Section 33, Township
6, South of Range 15 East. NW 1/4 of Section 34,
Township 6, South of Range 15 East. To have and
to hold the same, together with all and singu-
lar the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said
party of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever.
