and for the uses and purposes therein expressed.

1912, between Margaret P. Howard, a Widow, of the
County of Allegheny Pennsylvania, party of the
first part, and W.L. Deu Law Trustee of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida, party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Three Thousand ($3000.00) Dollars, to her
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described lots, parcels or tract
of land, situated and being in the City of
Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, to wit:
