Thence West along the North side of Alachua Avenue, 175
feet, Thence North 150 feet to Lot 10 in said Addition:
Thence East along Lot 10, 175 feet to State Street (Now
called Evans Street), Thence South along said Street
150 feet to the place of beginning: being all of Lot 11
and Eastwardly Three-fourths of Lot 12, in the
aforesaid addition. Together with all and singu-
lar the right, tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances, to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and To Hold the above granted
and described premises, and every part and
parcel thereof, unto him the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first part does hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
