This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 23rd
day of October, AD 1912 by and between W.L. Deu Law
and W.L. Deu Law, Trustee and Nettie B. Deu Law
his wife, of Alachua County, Florida, parties of the
first part and Alura V. Burnett of Alachua
County, Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and
other good and valuable considerations, to them
in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever, all of that certain lot, tract, piece or par-
cel of land, situated lying and being in the
City of Gainesville, County of Alachua and State
of Florida, and particularly known, distinguish-
ed and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot
Eleven (11) in Block Two (2), Range Two (2) of
Doig & Robertson's Addition to Gainesville, as
per Map of said addition as recorded in Book
"N" at page 486 of the public records of Alachua
County, Florida, run West along the North line
of Alachua Avenue sixty-five (65) feet to the
point of commencement then run North parallel
with State Street one hundred and fifty (150)
feet to the South line of Lot Ten (10) of said
addition, then run along the South boundary
line of Lot Ten (10)_West Fifty (50) feet, then run
South to North line of Alachua Avenue one hun-
dred and fifty (150) feet, then run East along
the North line of Alachua Avenue fifty (50)
