situated in, and a part of Lots Eleven and Twelve (11&12)
of said Block Two (2) Range Two (2), of Doig & Robertson's
Addition to Gainesville, Florida.
Together with all and singular the right, tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the above granted and described
property, and every part and parcel thereof
unto her, the said party of the second part, and
to her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple absolute.
And the said parties of the first part covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the second
part, that they are seized in fee of the said
property, that they have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same, that the same
is free of all incumbrances, and that they
shall and will forever warrant and defend
the title to the said property in the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns,
against the lawful claims of any and all
persons whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same, in any part thereof.
