in the capacity as Therein set forth and contained.
and the said Nettie B. Deu Law wife of the said
W.L. Deu Law, being by me first duly questioned
and examined, separately and apart from her said
husband, acknowledged that she signed, sealed
and delivered the said Deed for the purpose of releas-
ing, relinquishing, renouncing and conveying all
of her dower right of dower, and title of every
kind in and to the property Therein described, and
that the same was done and made by her freely
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear, of or from her said husband.

Personally came before me, W.L. Deu Law, to
me well and personally known, and known
to be me of the identical persons described in
and who executed the above and foregoing Deed,
and acknowledged that he, as W.L. Deu Law,
Trustee, duly executed, signed, sealed and
delivered said Deed for the purpose of convey-
ing all and every the trust estate, right and
title vested in him by virtue of the Deed
made by Margaret P. Howard, a Widow, to the
said W.L. Deu Law, Trustee, on the 28th
day of May AD 1912, and recorded in the
records of Alachua County, Florida, on the 24th
day of October AD 1912, in Book 89, at page
322 And he also at the same time and
place executed the same in her individual
capacity, as the husband of Nettie B. Deu Law
for the purpose of conveying all and every
interest which he has holds or claims
to the property conveyed in said Deed,
Whether individually or as Trustee, or as the
husband of Nettie B. Deu Law.
