This Indenture, made and entered into on
this 24th day of October AD 1912, between
Agnes M. Miller (Widow) Jersey City of Hudson
County, New Jersey parties of the first part,
and E.E. Cannon of Alachua County, Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the
said parties of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the sum of 25 dollars, and other
valuable considerations, to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained,
sold, transferred and conveyed unto the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated
in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: North East
quarter of North East quarter also commence 15 1/2
chains west of North East corner of Susan
Deportain land (Now E.E. Cannon) Thence N. 10 degrees E. 15 1/2
chains to a corner. Thence West to S.W. corner
of the Johnson land (Now Wm. Mc Kinstry) Thence
S.W. to N.W. corner of the Cannon land. Thence
east to beginning also commence at S.E. corner
of the Deportain land or N.E. corner of the Lang
tract Thence West 30 chains South 5 chains, East
30 chains, North 5 chains to beginning all in sec.
