heirs and assigns, together with all and sing-
ular, the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining. And the said parties of the first
part covenant and agree to and with the party
of the second part that they will defend the
title to said land against the lawful claims
and demands of their executors, administrators
and assigns, and all persons claiming the
same by, through or under the said parties
of the first part.
