ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
the following described lots, pieces, parcels or
tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: All of our undivided
one half interest in and to the following land
to wit: Beginning at the North east corner of section
29 in township 9 Range 20, and run thence
west along the Northern boundary line of said
section to the eastern line of the S.F. & W. Ry's
Co's, (Now A.C.L. R.R. Co.) right of way, thence
in a southeasterly direction along said line to
where the same is crossed by the run of Hog
Town Creek, thence due east to eastern bound-
ary line of said section 29, thence North along
said section line to point of beginning, contain-
ing by estimation 23 acres of land more or less,
and being that identical land described in
deed from Mrs. V. Folk to Warren H. Williams
and B.A. Daniels, as the same appears of re-
cord in deed book 49 at pages 224-225 of the
public records of Alachua County, Florida.
To have and to hold the above described pre-
mises, together with all and singular the
tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining; unto him the said party of
the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do
hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except as against claims arising out of un-
paid taxes.
