Whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described land, to wit:
Lots, pieces or parcels of land situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
to-wit: Lot 6, Section 27, Township 6, South of
Range 15 East. Lot 8, Section 28, Township 6,
South of Range 15 East. Lot 7, Section 31, Township
6, South of Range 15 East. Lots 6 and 8, Section 
32, Township 6, South Range 15 East Lots 1 and
3, Section 33, Township 6, South of Range 15 East
NW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 6, South of Range 
15 East. To have and to hold the same to-
gether with all and singular the appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever of the said party
of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever. And the said
party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
