This Indenture, Made this 23rd day of October
AD 1912, between W.E. Wainwright and L.M. Wain-
wright his wife of the County of Bradford and
State of Florida parties of the first part, and W.B.
Haynes and Ella E. Haynes of the County of Brad-
ford and State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars,
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged
have remised, released and quit-claimed and by
these presents does remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to
the following described lots, pieces of parcels of
land, to-wit: Lots 6,7,8 and 9 of Block 45 and
All of Block 44 in New Gainesville Alachua
County Florida To have and to hold the same,
