Whereas, under and by virtue of an execution issued
out of the Circuit Court for the Eighth Judicial Cir-
cuit of The State of Florida, in and for Alachua
County, and directed to all and singular the
Sheriff's of the State of Florida, wherein Annie Doke,
is complainant, and A.M. Doke is defendant, I, P.G.
Ramsey, as Sheriff of Alachua County, Florida, have
duly levied upon the property described:
And Whereas, under and by virtue of the said Execu-
tion and of the said levy, I duly advertised the
said property hereinafter described for sale at
public out cry for the period of thirty (30) days consecu-
tively, immediately preceding the 2nd day of Septem-
ber, A.D. 1912, in the "Gainesville Sun" a daily
newspaper published in the City of Gainesville, Ala-
chua County, Florida:
And Whereas, under and by virtue of the said execu-
tion and of the said levy and the said advertise-
ment, I exposed the said property hereinafter des-
cribed at public out cry before the Court House
door in The City of Gainesville, Alachua County,
Florida, on Monday, the 2nd day of September,
A.D. 1912, being a Legal Sale Day, between the
legal hours of sale:
And Whereas, at said sale S.L. Carter Jr. became
the purchaser of and for the said property, he
being the highest best and last bidder therefore
at and for the sum of Two hundred & fifty
Dollars that being the highest, best and last
bid for said property:
Therefore, for and, in consideration of the premises
and of the sum of Two hundred and fifty Dollars
to me cash in hand paid, I, P.G. Ramsey
as Sheriff of Alachua County, Florida, have
granted, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
