This Indenture, Made this 7th day of August
AD 1912, between Leona M. Rivera (Widow) of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the first part, and Daisy G. Mc Cray of the Coun-
ty of Duval and State of Florida, party of the
second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Twenty-five Dollars, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said party of the second
part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said party of the first part have in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to-wit: Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of the East
Half of Block Five (5) of Brown's Addition to
the City of Gainesville, in section Five (5)
Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20_
East, in Alachua County, Florida To have
and to hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said party of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
