these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said
parties of the first part have in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-

Newberry, Fla, Lot Four (4) (eight acres) in Holts
Addition to the town of Newberry, Lot One (1)

Addition to Newberry Fla according to Taylers
survey To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the said parties of the first part, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever.
