made by and before me, separately and apart
from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she executed the foregoing deed for the purpose
of relinquishing, alienating and conveying all
her right, title and interest, whether of dower,
homestead or of separate property, statutory or
equitable, in and to the lands described therein,
and that she executed said Deed freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion, con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.
Witness, my hand and official seal at Newberry
County of Alachua and State of Fla this 11th
day of Oct AD 1912.

This Indenture, made the 21 day of October
1912 between Frances D. Sapp, as Guardian of the
estate of Verna Lee Holt and William I. Holt,
minors, party of the first part, and M.S. Lan-
ier of the County of Dad and State of Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the
said Frances D. Sapp Guardian as aforesaid
having on the 1st day of November, AD 1911,
by petition applied to the Judge of the County
Court in and for Alachua County, Florida,
for authority to sell certain real estate, the
property of said minors, lying and being in
said County of Alachua, and more partic-
ularly hereinafter described; and the Mayer
in said petition having appeared to said
Judge to be reasonable and just and to the
