or less. Together with all and singular the ten-
ements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To
have and to hold the same, the above-described
and hereby granted premises, with the appur-
tenances, unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns, to his
own proper use, benefit and behoof forever. And
the said party of the first part doth hereby cov-
enant to and with the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns, that in all
things in and about said sale and this con-
veyance he hath conformed to the orders of
the Court and the Statutes in such case made
and provided.

Before me, an officer authorized to take ack-
nowledgments, personally appeared Frances
D. Sapp well known to me, and known to
me as the individual described in and who
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance,
and acknowledged that he executed the fore-
going deed, as Guardian aforesaid, for the
purposes therein expressed.
