of Florida; North-west quarter of Section thirty-
six, Township Ten, S. Range 16E. South-west quar-
ter of South-east quarter & North-west quarter of
North-east quarter & South-half of North-east quar-
ter, & North-west quarter of Section Thirty-two,
Township Ten, S. Range Seventeen, E. Also North-
half of South-west quarter & North-west quarter
of the South-east quarter & North-east quarter of Section
Six, Township Eleven, S. Range Seventeen, E. con-
taining Seven hundred and sixty acres more or
less. To have and to hold the same, together with
all and singular the appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatever of the said parties of the first part,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever.

and Mary A. Long, his wife, to me known

their free act and deed for the uses and pur-
poses therein mentioned; and the said Mary
A. Long, the wife of the said J.C. Long,
on an examination taken and made separately
