Know all men by these presents, that I, N.G. Wade, of the County
of Duval and State of Florida, have made, constituted and appoint-
ed, and do by these presents make, constitute and appoint
D.W. McArthur, of the County of Levy and State of Florida,
to be my true and lawful Attorney in fact, hereby author-
izing and empowering my said attorney for me and in
my name, place and stead, to lease, bargain and sell or
otherwise dispose of my estate or interest in any and all
lots, pieces or parcels of land situate in Alachua and Levy
Counties, State of Florida, at and for such price or prices
and upon such terms as to him, my said Attorney,
may seem expedient and proper, and to make, sign, seal,
execute, acknowledge and deliver for me and in my name,
any and all such instruments of writing, leases, contracts
and deed or conveyances, with or without warranty, as
maybe necessary, expedient or proper in order to carry out
any such lease, sale or other disposition as shall
have been made of said land or any part thereof by
my said Attorney; hereby expressly empowering my said
Attorney to receive from and to give full acquittance
to any purchaser for the purpose money thereof, and to
sell, assign and transfer any notes, mortgages or other
securities taken in payment or part payment for any
land so leased, or sold and conveyed; as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might, could or should do
if personally present at the doing thereof; hereby ratify-
ing and confirming all and every act or thing which
my said Attorney shall or may do in pursuance hereof.
