L. Dell, (nee) Jennie Pettit the wife of the said
R.E. Dell on a separate and private examina-
tion taken and made by and before me, and
separately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge that she made herself a party
to the said Deed of Conveyance, for the purpose
of renouncing, relinquishing and conveying all
her right, title and interest, whether of dower or
of separate property, statutory or equitable, in
and to the lands therein described, and that
she executed said deed freely and voluntarily
and without any constraint, fear, apprehension
or compulsion of or from her said husband.

Butler in the County of Bradford and State of
Florida the day and year last aforesaid.

This Indenture, Made this 1st day of November
AD 1912, between Nancy Howard and Johnny
Howard (both unmarried) sole heirs of J.O. How-
ard deceased of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, parties of the first part, and abstract
and Realty Company of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of
seventy five Dollars, in hand paid by the said
part of the second part, the receipt where of is
hereby acknowledge, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of
the second part, and its successors and assigns
