forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said parties of the first part
have in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situated in Alachua
County, Florida to wit: Lot Eleven (11) of O.A.
Porters Addition to the Town of Gainesville more
fully shown by a Plat of same duly recorded
in Plat Book "A" at Page 43 one of the Public
Records of Alachua County To have and to
hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law or
equity, to the only proper use, benefit and be-
hoof of the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever.
