This Indenture, Made this 28th day of October
1912 between Mrs. Alice C. Bailey (widow) of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part, and Mary Wilson Da
Costa of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth,
that the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars,
to her in hand paid, the receipt where of is
hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and
transferred and by these presents do bargain, sell
and transfer unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows: Lots One, Two,
Three (1,2,3)_of O.B. Baileys Subdivision of Block (15)
Fifteen of W.C. Millers Survey of the S 1/2 of Sect-
ion 32. Township 9 south Range 20 East Together
with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest
and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, re-
mainder and easement thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining: To have and to hold the same
in fee simple forever. And the said party of the
first part do covenant with the said party of the
second part, that she is lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free of all incum-
brance, and that she has good right and
lawful authority to sell the same; and that
she will warrant and defend the same a-
gainst the lawful claims of all persons.
