This Indenture, Made this 19th day of February AD
1912, between A.J. Da Costa and Annie L. Da Costa
(Husband and Wife) of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the first part, and The Atlantic
Lumber Company of the County of Duval and
State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty
Five Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise
release and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and its assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first part have
in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, to wit:
The South West quarter of the South West quar-
ter of Section Nine in Township Eight South
Range Twenty East - Containing 40 acres of land
more or less. Being the same land con-
veyed by the State of Florida to A.J. Da Costa
September 18th 1908, and recorded in Book 7
page 28 public records of Alachua County
Florida. To Have and To Hold the same, together
with all and singular the appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise thereunto
