part of the Southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of
Section 14, Township eight south, Range 21 East To
have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatever of the said party
of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.

I hereby Certify, that on this 29 day August AD 1912,
before me, a Notary Public in and for said County and
State personally appeared Grant Minnich and Bessie Minnich,
his wife, to me known to be the persons described in, and
who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally ack-
nowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and
the said Bessie Minnich, the wife of the said Grant
Minnich, on and examination taken and made sep-
arately and part from her said husband, did ack-
nowledge that she made herself a party to said deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands, ten-
ements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released, and that she executed said deed
freely and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.
