Florida containing by estimation + acres of
land, more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and ap-
purtenances to the same belonging, or in any-
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same
unto them the said Primative Baptist Church
and to their heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And they
the said N.G. Wade Mary E. Wade, W.E. Bell
& Lizzie L. Bell do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Primative Baptist Church
that they are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed, and that
they have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same; that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and
that they will and their heirs, executors, and
administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto them the said Prim-
ative Baptist Church and to their heirs, execut-
ors, administrators and assigns, against the
lawful claim and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter
to claim the same.
In Witness Whereof, they have hereunto set their
hands and affixed their seals on this 7th day
of June AD 1912.
